Privacy Policy – personal data collection and processing

This policy is an information pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" or "Regulation") aiming at describing themanagement modes of the company website http://www.mtscomponents.it/ (hereinafter the "Website") with reference to the processing of personal data of users/visitors.
The policy does not apply to other websites that may be surfed by the user through the surfing of the links available on the website.

Nature of the data processed, and processing scopes
The data provided by users who visit the website or forward information requests is only used to provide for the service or performance requested. Except for what specified for surfing data and with the exclusion of data collected through technical cookies which no consent is required for, the user is free to grant its consent and to provide for personal data to profit from the features and services offered by the site.

Surfing technical data
The IT systems and software procedures enforced for the present website running acquire, during their standard operation, some data whose transmission is required for the use of the internet communication protocols. This data includes: IP address, the type of browser used, the operating system, the domain name and address of the websites where to access and exit from, the information on the pages visited by the users inside the website, the access time, the internal journey analysis and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user IT environment. The data is processed in an aggregated and codifiedform, and it could be used by the provider to check any liability in case of possible IT crimes against the website. The Data Controller can use it to technically manage the services provided and for anonymous statistical analysis of the traffic generated and the pages visited. Such data will be store for the required time for the specified purposes.

Data provided in the CONTACT form
The user can fill in the form to ask for information about our activities. Only data necessary to answer the message and provide for the requested information is collected. Before sending the data, the user is required to accept its processing: the collected data will be stored for the time required to reach the goals or for the fulfilment of the requests.

Cookies
Cookies (hereinafter “cookies”) are small files  saved on the user's device while browsing the website. They aim at collecting information on the user's browsing of the website and they can be retransmitted or reused on subsequent browsing.

Processing
The website does not use any automated profiling process.
The processing is conducted by authorized personnel and instructed by the Data Controller with manual and computer procedures, protected by suitable security measures to prevent loss, destruction, alteration of data and unauthorized access to data. To reach such goals, the Data Controller may communicate or transfer personal data to third parties such as: subjects identified by the law; service companies for the provision and management of the website; other providers of support services to our activities. The subjects belonging to the hereinbefore mentioned categories will use the data received as independent Data Controller or also as Manager on behalf of MTS for the required treatment for which they are liable. More information on the list of Managers may be provided to the interested subjects in the exercise of their rights provided for by law.
The data collected from the website will not be spread out and will not be transferred outside Europe.

Exercise of the Data Subject rights.
Except for the limitations provided for by the same Regulation, the data subject may contact the Data Controller to exercise the rights provided for by articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR: right of access of interested party; right of rectification; right of cancellation; right of limitation of treatment; right to opposition; right to data portability; right of revocation of consent, where provided (the revocation of consent does not affect processing based on consent prior to revocation); automated decision-making process concerning natural persons, including profiling

Changes to the policy
The present policy governs any personal data treatment during any website surfing. Any possible approval of new regulations in the sector, as well as the constant analysis and update of the services provided through the site, could lead to the need changes to the policy. It is possible that the present policy is modified in time and therefore the visitor is invited to periodically refer to the present page: the updating date is always highlighted on the policy itself.
